Our Story

Meet Shannon

"We don't try to sell you on things you don't need. You get an honest answer, a fair price, and a job done right."

Shannon O'Connor got his start in the trades in 1990, working alongside his father as a pipefitter. He quickly found his calling in plumbing, and in 1992 his father-in-law gave him his first plumbing job and helped teach him the trade. Shannon earned his Journeyman license on March 13, 1997 and his Master Plumbing License on February 26, 2008.

In 2009, Shannon started Lil John's Plumbing — named after his father, John O'Connor. It was a tribute to the man who inspired him, and a declaration of the kind of company he wanted to build: one that treats people right.

Today, Lil John's Plumbing serves residential, commercial, industrial, and offshore clients across Southeast Texas and throughout the entire state.
